The DVD contains the text, references and still images which are available on the website - together with the complete set of video clips.

On Windows systems, the application is intended for viewing with Internet Explorer 6.0 or greater.

On MAC systems, the application has been tested with the 'Safari' browser and 'Quicktime' media player equipped with the 'Flip4Mac' plugin.
